Maternity: Isabella Oliver

I'm starting off with some tips on Maternity Clothes, as this was the most recent 'panic attack' for me.
When I found out I was pregnant, I was so excited as one of the things about being pregnant... is a new wardrobe!  BUT... I search & searched & searched and found very litte maternity clothes for plus sizes and what I did find, well, I would have been better off wearing a bedsheet instead of those hideous dresses.
That is, until I stumbled across Isabella Oliver Maternity!  It is a US based company, but they ship internationally and honestly, I purchased most of my outfits for my pregnancy via their online store.  What makes it really easy to shop this site is that you can shop by size, so much easier!

Some of my must have items were:
Easy Leggings - Designer Trousers for WomenThe Easy Leggings, in fact I still wear them today!!

The Empire Tunic - Designer Tops for WomenThe Empire Tunic.
Tie Knot Dress - Designer Dresses for Women The Tie Knot Dress.... for that special occasion!
Some other favs are:
Stripe Ruched Dress | Dresses | Isabella Oliver  Layering Scoop Top - Designer Tops for Women Sequin Tunic Dress - Designer Dresses for Women

Please note: this is an UNSPONSORED blog post, I just really loved the clothing!!

Welcome

Hi there!
Welcome to +size.
This blog is about being a +size person, yes, obvious title right!
So, here I am, admitting to the world that I am a +size girlie.

I've never been a small person either in height nor weight.
I've never radically dieted or binged.

When I was pregnant, the obstetrician was worried because I was overweight, I could die... yep, that's what I was told/heard in my first obs appointment!  The baby could be too big or too small, I could get gestational diabetes & all sorts of other problems... Not to mention my age either!  Phew, I thought, what have I done?  I should have planned this pregnancy better.  But bubba was born with no problems WHAT SO EVER, my health was perfect during the pregnancy & after.  So there, I thought, bite me!
And it wasn't until just now, as I was taking my new +size skirt off the clothes line, that I am indeed, not alone in the world when it comes to being this size.  So hmm, why don't I embrace it. In fact, why don't we all embrace it?  If everybody in the world came to respect their bodies, then wouldn't the world be a happier place???

And because I am in no way a psychologist or a doctor or a nutritionist, this is my way of saying, it's ok, we're ok and we are going to be fine.

I'm going to list fun healthy recipes that can sometimes be naughty.
I'm going to list excellent places to buy clothes, lingerie etcAnd we are going to enjoy life!
